The grey Esser 160 is a single-wall, unhardened pipe for conveyance of non-abrasive materials.
Esser 400 (green) is still a single layer, but the interior pipe wall is induction-hardened and precisely quenched to create a hard inner surface, but an outer pipe wall that remains more ductile.
Esser Twin 700 is our mid-range, twin-wall pipe. The outer tube protects the inner wear layer from impact and contains high pressures.
The red pipe is Esser Twin 900 – our longest-lasting, twin-wall pipe for pumping harsh concrete mixes at high volume.
