ASPHALT PLANTS
SLAT CONVEYOR LINERS
EWCFI slat conveying systems withstand high abrasion aggregate material and high
impact loading. Our slat conveyor decks are made from Super-C plate, and the
chain slats are made from Tri-Braze for its strength, through hardness, wear
resistance, and toughness to move heavy abrasive material.
DRIVE SPROCKETS
EWCFI drive sprockets are made from Tri-Braze, giving it the strength and through
hardness to run the chains driving the slat conveying system.
Without EWCFI proprietary chemistry, drive sprockets wear quickly, shutting down
the line. Available turnkey or custom-made, EWCFI drive sprockets help avoid
costly and time-consuming replacements.
DRUM SAND LIFTERS
EWCFI drum sand lifters made from Tri-Braze steel have the wear resistance to work in the hot, abrasive condition of the asphalt drum. Our drum sand lifters have the same quality and long-life that EWCFI products are well known for.
SCREENS
EWCFI asphalt screens are lined with Tri-Braze to prevent wear, reduce
maintenance, and produce consistent sorting and sizing during asphalt production.
Tri-Braze maximizes the screens performance for the highest throughput and
accuracy with the least amount of wear, creating a top-quality mix.
WEAR PLATES
Repair worn spots or holes in your equipment with EWCFI wear plates and patch
plates. Made from Tri-Braze, our wear plates extend the life of your equipment
without costly replacement of an entire liner or piece of equipment.
JOINING, HARDFACING, & BUILD-UP WIRE
EWCFI Prime Arc welding products support our wear-resistant products with
specialized wires for joining, hardfacing, and build up. Each of our wires is
produced to be best-in-class for a particular service.
